Our company has been treating properties suffering from damp for over 20 years, we have dealt with all different types of damp both above and below ground level as well as problems arising in timbers from rot and beetle infestation, to date we are pleased to say we have never had a call back to a property where our recommendations and installation of treatment has failed.
We use a variety of different treatments for all different circumstances depending on the construction of the property, the cause of the problem and the severity. All our surveys include an internal, external and roof survey to assess the source of ingress moisture and the best method to treat.
All surveys will be backed up with a true report on findings along with any relevant photographs showing areas of concern. Our reports will not contain any unnecessary work, if no work is required we will report this.

Cellar Conversions / Basement Conversions / Basement Waterproofing:
Due to the recent changes in the economical climate we are finding that more and more people are opting to expand there existing property by opening up and creating use able space, rather than purchasing larger properties.
All cellar conversions require damp proofing due to them being below ground level, in some cases drainage is also required. Cellar conversions can be expensive, therefore it is vital that the work is carried out by competent contractors in the first instance and that all areas are sealed correctly effectively to create a completely dry environment prior to any plastering works or installation of fixtures and fittings.
We are able to carry out all the above works from building to completion including any structural works which is often necessary for this type of work, such as the removal of structural walls and the installation of steel, concrete or wooden beams (as appropriate), floor strengthening and underpinning. All carried out subject to building regulations and structural reports where required.
