Robinsons Property Services Ltd are available for all your damp and timber problems, we are based in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield and cover all of West Yorkshire.
Our company has been treating properties suffering from damp for over 15 years, we have dealt with all different types of damp both above and below ground level as well as problems arising in timbers from rot and beetle infestation, to date we are pleased to say we have never had a call back to a property where our recommendations and installation of treatment has failed.
We use a variety of different treatments for all different circumstances depending on the construction of the property, the cause of the problem and the severity. All our surveys include an internal, external and roof survey to assess the source of ingress moisture and the best method to treat.
All surveys will be backed up with a true report on findings along with any relevant photographs showing areas of concern. Our reports will not contain any unnecessary work, if no work is required we will report this.
Fee for full damp and timber survey is £65.00 + VAT (This fee is refundable, should we carry out any work).
As a member of the Property Care Association (formerly known as BWPDA) we can offer you insurance backed guarantees through Guarantee Protection Insurance (GPI) for all remedial works undertaken.
We have carried out remedial works for firms including Kirklees, Carter Jonas and for many private clients.
